Free Consultation

We talk about what you want to achieve and your goals. There is a lifestyle and fitness questionnaire to complete to help the trainer assess your exercise history and lifestyle. This then enables the trainer to tailor the program and adapt for any conditions that may affect the program.

If you have a busy work schedule then the program can be adapted to fit your lifestyle. At the end of the day everybody's lifestyle is different th at is why personal training is in a league of its own.

Tailored Fitness Programmes

The first session will be spent carrying out body composition and fitness tests. By taking these tests we are able to determine where to start your training and at what intensity.

Depending on your goals a training plan will be made. As you progress the plan will be changed t o meet your goals. Fitness tests will be used throughout your training to keep track of your progress.
