As well as fitness being important to your training goals nutrition plays a vital role. This is the foundation upon which the program is built. By eating the correct foods you can improve your performance, lose weight or improve your general wellbeing.

A nutrition assessment involves you keeping a food diary. For a duration you record everything that enters your mouth. Using this information we analyse your food intake and draw up a plan to help you achieve your goals.

To help clients make choices a shopping service is also available. We go food shopping with the client to help them choose healthier alternatives to the food they would normally consume.
